Privacy Best Practices (face-to-face)

As support services employees, we are frequently privy, whether intentionally or unintentionally, to sensitive and/or confidential information. It is vital that to maintain our privacy standards by protecting information and ensuring that only those who need it are able to access it. In this session, we will discuss specific privacy obligations and help participants determine the most appropriate actions for protecting sensitive and confidential information.
