Scope of Services

Personal and Professional Development

  • Design and execute campus-wide and/or ad hoc professional development needs assessments
  • Coordinate, develop, maintain, and assess new and/or existing professional development offerings through face-to-face, blended, and/or online formats
  • Produce digital media for training and development purposes
  • Offer professional development programming
  • Manage employee professional development attendance and staff enrichment credit records and reports
  • Develop an annual report of all professional development activity for the college
  • Collaborate with the Faculty Development Committee to support faculty professional development
  • Collaborate with District Talent Development and sister colleges to offer district-wide professional development
  • Coordinate campus/employee recognition efforts
  • Coordinate professional development evaluations

College Events

  • Support campus-wide events such as Blue Green, Employee Recognition, Conference Day and/or district events hosted on campus with the following services:
    • planning
    • coordination
    • communication
    • resources
    • facilitation
    • evaluation

Communication

  • Share professional development related information and resources to all employees through a variety of communication methods
  • Share notable employee accomplishments, awards, and programs

Logistics

  • Manage Wildfire room reservations
  • Provide refreshments and snacks for recognized professional development sessions
  • Provide access to Wildfire professional development sessions through webinars

Facilitation, Consultations, and Coaching

  • Offer technology consultations
  • Offer Strengths-based coaching
  • Facilitate compression planning sessions

Other Support and Services

  • Produce digital media (presentation slides, graphics, etc.) for college events and special projects in coordination with Marketing and Communications
