Requesting Wildfire Support
If you plan on facilitating a professional development session on one of the four campuses; Central, North, South or West, you need to fill out the online request form at least five days prior to the event. We will provide sign-in sheets to track and record the participant attendance in our Conductor Professional Development database.
If you need a sign-in form to report your professional development session, open the Generic Sign-in Sheet, fill in the information about your session and print it. Have the participants sign-in for the session and send the completed sign-in sheet to the Wildfire Institute via interoffice mail.
Note: Once we have received your request for support, we will prepare the necessary items for pick-up. Due to our decreased staffing, we are not always able to deliver snacks, beverages and sign-in sheets to training events. We must strictly adhere to the Food Policy Guidelines.
Request Wildfire Training and Conference Rooms
- K316 - Training room equipped with with 16 computers and three drop-down screens
- K308P - Informal conference room equipped with a Smartboard and 10 moveable chairs
- K308Q - Formal conference room with Smartboard and conference bridge, seats 10 people
