District New Employee Orientation (NEO) is an opportunity for new or recently hired employees to gain understanding of the District’s view of our educational presence, community value and commitments to students, the community and its employees.

Come spend the day with us in order to gain an understanding of our values, relationship with our community and the impact we have on the students who attend our colleges. This session also contains valuable information on the new language that comprises the DCCCD Way, our Mission, Overall Purpose and Strategic Priorities as we move into the future. You will have the opportunity to hear this vision from our Chancellor and learn about our leadership at the District office as well as the Colleges and Locations that comprise the DCCCD.

Please dress casually and plan to participate in fun activities. Lunch, light snacks and beverages will be provided.
